AI in the product, not a chatbot bolted on for the pitch
Buyers can smell demo theatre. Real AI features change how work moves through your product using your data.

A chat box on a marketing site is not a product capability. It is a costume.
From user of AI tools to builder of AI-powered features is the shift CTOs and founders actually need. Useful AI sits inside workflows: ranking, routing, summarizing evidence, drafting actions your team can approve. The model is a component. The business logic is the product.
Start with the bottleneck, not the model
If the bottleneck is review time, design for review time. If it is exception handling, design for exceptions. If it is handoffs between teams, design for cleaner handoffs.
Define the operator job on Tuesday morning
Name the data you already trust
Decide where a human must approve
Ship a thin vertical that changes a real metric
What we refuse to demo
We do not sell "AI transformation" as a vague program. We ship production features with logging, fallbacks, and ownership. Fragile prototypes that only work on stage waste quarters.
Ask vendors what changes for an operator on Tuesday morning. If they can only demo a chat window, you already have your answer.
How TechMahan builds
We write software for how you operate now and where you are headed. That means product sense, not only tickets. Tell us what you are trying to build. We will tell you what should ship first.
